About the Role
As a key member of our Parts team, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding service to both our external customers and internal workshop while helping drive parts sales and customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing expert advice and solutions for truck parts enquiries.
- Identifying, sourcing and supplying parts for customers and our workshop.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customer accounts.
- Processing parts orders accurately and efficiently.
- Assisting with inventory management and stock takes.
- Working closely with the Service team to ensure parts are available when required.
- Contributing to the continued success of our Parts department.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Proven experience as a Parts Consultant within a truck or automotive dealership.
- Excellent knowledge of automotive or commercial vehicle parts.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive approach with excellent organisational skills.
- High attention to detail and strong computer literacy.
- The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude with a genuine passion for the automotive industry.
Experience with Isuzu products would be advantageous but is not essential.

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, with a rostered Saturday rotation and participation in an on-call roster.

Our Parts Team are looking for an experienced parts professional with a passion for the automotive industry. As the Parts Consultant you will work within a team of other parts professionals and be responsible:
• Supporting our wide customer base with their requirements
• Procuring parts for customers and workshop
• Participating in stock takes
• Managing allocated key customer accounts
• Managing internal customers sales and enquiries
• Providing support and training to more junior staff
Our ideal candidate will have proven retail sales experience with a good understanding of selling, as well as a strong customer service ethic and focus. You will have knowledge of the automotive industry AND a passion for trucks would be great too!.
You will ideally have at least two years of retail parts sales experience, strong attention to detail, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. We are open to considering applicants who are in a current Parts Assistant role and are looking for the next career step, or someone who has previously worked as a Parts Assistant.

- Preparing job cards, invoices, and service documentation
- Maintaining strong customer communication throughout the repair process
- Supporting the workshop and service team with daily coordination
- Ensuring all service administration is completed accurately and efficiently
About You
- Previous experience in a Service Advisor, automotive, or customer service role (truck or automotive industry preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

We are looking for a qualified Auto Electrician to join our Auckland-based team. This role involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical wiring and components across late-model Isuzu trucks and other heavy vehicle brands.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- National Certificate in Automotive Electrical Engineering (NZ qualification)
