We need a Parts Store Person to join our Auckland team. Do you have what it takes?

Reporting to the Parts Manager, you will work as part of a team and assist with accurate and efficient parts inventory management and supply. As Parts Store Person/Driver you will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service and following best practice operational guidelines at all times.
Duties will include:
- Receipting of inbound stock orders
- Dispatch of customer orders
- Stock maintenance
- Liaison with freight providers and parts and service teams
- Stock take as required
- General housekeeping duties of the stores department
- Other duties as required
(Note: some lifting is required)
To be considered for this role:
- Have two years’ experience in a similar role (automotive industry preferred, but not essential.
- Have a good understanding of parts department procedures, specifically inventory management.
- Good communication skills, numeracy and computer literacy.
- Have a high attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrate a customer first attitude.
- Be confident dealing with a variety of customers, both internal and external.
- Basic mechanical interest and understanding an advantage, but not essential.
- A current forklift licence.

We are seeking a Sales & Finance Administrator to work within our finance team in Auckland. This role is an integral part of the business and is responsible for all transactional processing within the Finance department and the Sales administration function. You will be managing all new and used vehicle deals.
To be considered for this role you must:
· Previous experience within a Finance or Sales Administration role
· Be able to work independently with minimal supervision and be super reliable
· Be a natural communicator who loves delivering on promises
· Be able to manage your time effectively
· Demonstrated administrative competency
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel
· Ability to meet deadlines
· Meticulous attention to detail
· Ability to fit into a team and work collaboratively
Previous experience in a sales support role is highly desirable as is experience in the automotive sales industry. However, don’t let that put you off if you have exceptional transferable skills!
Tasks will include, but not limited to:
· Ensure all administration processes are executed for Vehicle Deals- Setup, reconciliation, finalising and resolving discrepancies
· Maintain and process vehicle rebates.
· Maintain and process Warranty Credit Notes.
· Fixed Asset Register Maintenance.
· Support the Sales team and Group Sales Manager with vehicle quotations, purchase orders, reporting and other admin tasks

The Opportunity
We are seeking a qualified Diesel Technician to join our Auckland-based workshop team. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining customer vehicles to manufacturer standards, ensuring reliability, safety, and performance.
You’ll work across the latest model vehicles, from light commercial units through to high-productivity truck and trailer combinations up to 50 tonnes. This role suits someone who works well autonomously, has a strong eye for detail, and takes pride in identifying faults and preventative maintenance opportunities while completing work efficiently and to a high standard.
Our workshop has a consistent workflow, and hours can be varied to meet customer demand. We are particularly interested in candidates who can offer flexibility for evening and weekend work.
This full-time position is ideal for an experienced Diesel Technician or a light automotive technician looking to transition into heavy diesel. Training will be provided for the right applicant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and rectify vehicle faults through repairs, overhauls, and adjustments
- Conduct test drives to verify vehicle performance
- Troubleshoot breakdowns efficiently and accurately
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge through ongoing training
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- A genuine interest in the trucking industry
